Don is a class act, an a tiger fan to the core.
A few years ago I emailed him to ask him a few questions,
An he got right back to me an helped me out.
My prayers are with him an his family.

I was browsing on his site the first time I heard about this site. He's in a very small group at the top when talking about 100%, bleeding purple, true Tiger fans.
Hang in there Dandy Don!

I'm right there with most of you guys, since I heard about his site about 7 years ago I honestly don't think I've missed reading his page a single day during that time. He's old school and guys like DD know exactly how lucky we are right now as Tiger fans because they know what it used to be like when we couldn't get 3-4 wins in a season. It amazes me how some people still want to get their shots in when talking about this man. He misspells a word and you would think his entire blog was written in Japanese, he gets a prediction on a recruit or something wrong and he knows absolutely nothing and has zero sources. If you don't have something nice to say, without a little jab, please don't hit submit. Prayers DD, we appreciate all you've done for the Tiger Nation.

Dandy Dons LSU sight was the first one I found on the web and have been reading it daily since. The man is a great Tiger fan. Before he got sick Dandy would always reply to the questions I asked. Being so far from home for so long I appreciate the information and insights he has provided. I will keep him and his family in my prayers.
Hang in there Dandy Don. This year is going to be special.

This is true, regardless, I think the Man deserves a little more respect. He is what he is, but he is a great Tiger!

I like most of you hear get my coffee and click on the link to DD. I have been following the site for years. I have nothing but respect and admiration for the man. I especially like reading his stories about his growing up in North Louisiana. He is facing health issue he can not win but has always been upbeat and courageous in his outlook. I will miss him for what he writes and for the man that he is. God bless DD!

DD is true Tiger fan. The state's version of NOLA's Hap Glaudi and Buddy D. One of a kind. Always writes as if the glass is half full rather than half empty, unlike the doomsayers. The one thing about DD is that he himself has always mentions people in his blog that were sick and wishes them well, or condolences for survivors who have lost loved ones.
For what it's worth, I certainly hope that this fall, DD is recognized at a home game for his contributions to LSU football, and that he will feel the love coming from a place he so dearly loves. Hang in there DD!

Cheers to dandy. He has been a consistent and faithful tiger fan who provides a great value of info EVERY SINGLE DAY for tiger fans. Aside from that he is a true blue representative of Louisiana and in my opinion an institution for many of us tiger fans. I pray for comfort in his struggle.
