special teams? can't be worse, but will they be better?

Can the special teams coach improve enough to know that the direction of a kick return with the sun directly in your players eyes is a bad thing.

There are too many instances of poor decisions in this area to list.

OBR is an ESPN created stat that was invented to push Tim Tebow.

In week 5 of the 2011 season the QBR stat had Tebow rated ahead of Aaron Rogers, their numbers…

Tebow- 4 for 10, 79yards 1TD, 38 yards rushing, 1TD and a QBR of 83.2

Rogers- 26 for 39, 396 yards, 2TDs, 0INTs, -1 yards rushing for a QBR of 82.1

QBR has been debunked for years, it’s a fake stat

Performed at a high level my arse. WRs were painfully underwhelming, o line took 6 games before we even had the same rotation, and we had one TE.

Again everything you’re saying is false and has been debunked several times throughout the season.

Kelly has proven that he will play the QB or player that gives the team the best opportunity to win now. There is a reason at Notre Dame he would bench QBs regardless if they started the previous season or not.

So it would be safe to say that if Daniels remains the starter the entire year then that means that Daniels gives the team the best opportunity to win. If we see Nuss getting significant playing time then Kelly believes Nuss and Daniels give the team the best opportunity to win. If Nuss starts at the middle or end of the season then Kelly sees Nuss gives this team the best opportunity to win.

But remember there was a reason Daniels was the starter to begin the season, just look at the Southern game and that is why Nuss did not win the game. Nuss has shown promise the last two games and still has room to grow and get the opportunity to play and compete but we should trust Kelly's judgement by what we saw last season.
