I posted this a while back in awe of how jacked Chase was. Now add another Biletnikoff and a Heisman, plus probably the offensive ROY in the NFL. Insane amount of talent in this pic.

Smith should have went to LSU.

Jeez Burrow would have never threw an incompletion

Man Devonte looks small in pads, but he looks like a Justin Jefferson clone in this. Maybe even a little bigger.

Considering how inept our offense had been for years, it's hard to blame any skill player from the state for going somewhere else. We should be grateful we got Chase, Jefferson, and Marshall.

never realized Chase isn't that tall. He is built but the way he jumps for the ball makes it seem he is 6'2-6'3

I think Smith is 174 lbs and Jefferson was 203 at the combine.

They both have skinny legs, but Justin is a good bit thicker/stronger in the upper body.

ETA:

Both are 6'1"

Justin was hard to tackle at LSU. He was "slippery" and had strength to break tackles.

Chase on the hand needed about 2-3 DBs to take him down and still got an extra 5 or so yards each catch

The amount of WR talent boen in LAnon a 2 year period is insane

Lamb, Smith, Jefferson, Chase, Marshall

All in the 17/18 classes. All born in LA.

Check the water we’re making superhero’s over here.

Let JJ be a testament that you don't need calves to play WR.

Let’s be honest though.

Smith would have opted out at LSU.

I thought Chase was much taller as well

How tall was Marshall?

I figured they both were 6’4”
