Not a saints fan. I don't watch NFL football. I wish I could watch TV or listen to the radio without hearing about the saints. Thank God for XM radio.

Saints - 11

( my patient give me a number higher than 10 all the time on the scale and it pisses me off, thought I'd see what it feels like)

anyone see the parallels between the '07 NCG and the Saints super bowl win? Both started out with 10-0 deficits and ended with a scoring blitz.

LSU 2003 - 10+ Saints - 6 I was pulling for the Saints, but it's been years since I've been emotionally invested in them like I always have been with LSU. That being said, watching the Saints win was more sureal. I always expected LSU to win a NC, even back in the dark days I felt that it was possible. I never ever ever thought the Saints would ever with a Super Bowl.

This exactly.

LSU was great. But last night was the single best night of my life. Anyone there in NO last night will probably agree that it was something bigger than football. It was unbeleivable. We were with season ticket holders from LSU and he was in NO for NC in 2003, and he came out and said that LSU's NC in 03 wasnt nearly as big as last night. Atmosphere and the people were electric.

The Saints winning the superbowl was no doubt more exciting than LSU's national championship. The feeling last night was unexplainable

Word for word how I felt. Strangely enough, when I was in middle school and early high school I was much more invested in the Saints. As years go by I've found cfb more and more interesting, and the NFL less and less.

It's showing that those of us from North Louisiana don't have the connection to the Saints that all of us have with LSU.
