Everyone needs to stop referring to the police report as verified truth of the incident. It only contains two accounts, one of which has been shown to be an absolute lie.
NO WAY! It's in an official police report therefore = TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT.

How threatening is a guy laying on the ground in the fetal position? Do you often feel threatened by babies, the elderly and the handicap as well?

In his defense, somebody's got to take that position when you've got people like Cpt Bengal and Tigrlee trying to hang a kid just cause they like the number two...

Ying and yang, bud.

What's your obsession with trying to spin JJ as not having done anything wrong? Or are you just one of the Internet idiots who likes to argue every "other side"
I'm not spinning anything.

I'm just analyzing the rumors as they appear currently.

So AL was the one that got kicked but not the one with the most serious injuries, right? serious question

Why did the football players leave the scene when the cops were coming?

That's easy...because they were going to be in trouble. I'm not necessarily talking about legal trouble, but running your arse up and down the stadium trouble. Despite the fact that it seems clear to anyone who will bother to hear it that it was some sort of tradition for the team to break curfew on this last day of Fall camp, getting caught in a fight (even if you happen to think your actions could be explained as justifiable) is only going to bring shite down on your from the coaching staff when they find out. Sure...it's silly to think that if a bunch of LSU football players were involved in a fight that no one would eventually get back to them and the staff wouldn't find out, but I don;t imagine the guys would have been thinking it through that much at the time. I'm imagining a group of kids playing ball in a vacant lot and during the course of the ball game someone hits a ball threw the window of an adjacent house and EVERYONE scatters so as not to be in trouble.

The bigger question for me has been why did the folks who felt they were the victims of some savage beating leave the scene of the crime when it was clear the police were en route and the players were hitting the bricks as described in the police report ? and further, why the Lowry leave the scene and then come BACK well over an hour later AFTER the first cop had come and gone? It was only dumb luck the the first officer swung back to the scene after patrolling around some other bars. Why not stick around and wait for the cops who were en route, ID your "attackers" and press charges right then and there?

A fine example of solid rumor analysis.

So what's your unbiased take on the Shady's employees that implicate the "victim" as the instigator and throwing the first punch?

Prepare yourself. This rhetorical logic is a bit much for this place.

What was untrustworthy about the girls account from the police report? The one the police reference as third party witness?

I thought she turned out to be an acquaintance of the "victims"...

This.. I'm really not sure what's so hard to grasp about this.

She wasn't there until the police came BACK from freds. She also talked to the police later (6am) on the phone confirming andrew's injuries.

that's 3rd party?... lol

link to me one time claiming JJ did it.

I always claim that IF he did, he should be punished. I have attributed guilt to NOBODY.

It's really not about taking sides. It's about being objective.

Logic would tell both were mutual aggressors in the fight. Both are probably guilty of being involved in the fight. If the players weren't, they wouldn't have fled. Thats logic
