I have an autographed, shadowbox framed TM7 jersey hanging in the breakfast nook of my home. It is clearly visible to any visitor if they walk more than six feet into my home. My wife believes that it should be taken down and that I could hang it in my office instead, where no one goes except me.

What do you fools think?

Black eye

No, busted lip. It's easier to sell that she "fell down."

Why is it less valuable now?

Did he not have the greatest defensive season in LSU (arguably NCAA) history?
Was he not a huge contributor to LSU's only undefeated regular season in the BCS era?

I have 7 jersey with last years NC patch on it. Outside the dome in Champions Square I got Patrick Peterson to sign the back of it. I have it hanging up in my office and no one would think twice about it being a TM7 jersey.
However, if it were TM7s signature, I wouldn't take it down. Despite his off the field issues he was one of the best to ever play for LSU. If your wife really wants you to take it down and forces it, I guess sure. But I would leave it up

I honestly would rather have that kind of shite in one of the rooms that I frequent as opposed to the family space....kinda marks my territory...

Keep it in office til undrafted free-agent TM7 redeems himself as the NFL defensive rookie of the year. Then Bring it out and look like a genius.

Possibly

Yes

I will add this. PPL will say what a good player and teammate he was. But how good of teammate and leader is he if he is so selfish that he could lay off the weed? Smokin was so important to him that not only did he throw his career away. But he also quit on his teammates and coaches supported him.

So is it less valuable? absolutely.
