Chark doesn’t even belong in this discussion

Where would Josh Reed be on this list? Our only other Biletnikoff other than Chase.

Landry
Jefferson
Beckham

If chase stayed for his Junior Season he would have been number 1 for me.

this is close. but pure talent Marshall should be further up. again i think Landry over performed for his talent as did jefferson.

Justin Jefferson
Ja'Marr Chase
Jarvis Landry
OBJ
Dwayne Bowe
Terrace Marshall Jr
DJ Chark
Rueben Randle

Doing a little research for this was fun and a bit surprising. I initially thought Chase was the clear choice for #1, and as a single year his sophomore year is certainly the best, but Jefferson has the most career receiving yards and the most TDs out of anybody on the list. Dwayne Bowe had a much better career than I remember, I could make a case to move him above OBJ or Juice. I was pretty young when he was at LSU, and I remember how electric OBJ was and how reliable Juice was, so I went with them based on recency bias I guess. Rueben Randle and DJ Chark were very close as well, I gave Chark the nod because of the punt return against Auburn.

Marshall never have that breakout season. He had two good seasons as far as touchdown production but never had an 800+ yard season. He would have eclipsed that this year but he opted out before it was over. I love Marshall and believe he will have a great career but if we’re strictly talking college careers his does not match up to everyone else on the list in my opinion.

well there's where we conflict..... the thread didnt set criteria, so my ranking criteria is both based on career and pure talent.
