For that matter, why should speaking positively about the sitting President of the US be considered a negative?
BTW, this president
A) was the only candidate to actually come to the BR area when there was a devastating flood
b) spoke highly of Orgeron and the LSU team, after winning the NC.
I'd have been honored to have met and be praised by the President, any one of them, while they were in office.

I have yet to hear anyone call Coach O a racist. Its perceived that Ryan Clark called Coach O a racist because he tweeted Coach O didnt say anything about George Floyd, but pointed out that Coach O said he loves Trump. Now I went back and looked at the tweets before and Ryan Clark tweeted that he was proud of the team for the march, what probably happened after that was a fan or two probably commented on that tweet saying give coach credit or something to that nature. That one tweet has led Ryan Clark being the reason a kid who was supposed to commit at 8pm, committing at 11pm. That tweet was an influential reason that Chase opted out, even when his dad said on radio that he wanted him to sit out. As a black man I don't believe O is racist, not one bit. I think those tweets have been blown wayyyyy out proportion. I don't agree with everything Ryan Clark says, he was wrong about Joe Burrow and he acknowledges that. The comments about anointing Brennan wasn't necessarily wrong but I disagree with him. Many on this board didnt care too much for Coach O 2-3 years ago. Y'all are giving Ryan Clark way too much credit.

After hearinmg O on Fox news, he tweeted that he was getting rid of all his purple and gold gear and somethng about AZ state. He was beaten up pretty good in the comments and that is when He tweeted that O should not be leading young black men. I am not sure how anyone can condone that.

Like I said in my original post, im not on Twitter to know the history of his tweets, but like I said y'all are giving him too much credit. Ryan Clark does not hold the future of LSU football in his hands, Coach O does. Ryan Clark is not in the position to give kids opportunities to get degrees or make it to the NFL, that's O. So if indeed he said that he shouldn't lead black men, he's wrong. As far as him stating he wanted more black coaches instead of old white coaches, is that racist? We just had Jerry Sullivan as a position coach who didnt recruit, who as a passing game coordinator didnt do what we expected him to do. Jerry is a great coach, but he can't relate to kids the ages of 18-22, he's better suited for the NFL. That was a bad hire, as far as Coach Johnson goes the jury is still out.

Clark is a racist, he hates O simply because O refused to condemn the president.
Whether you support the current president or not, act like an adult and not a 6 year old as Clark is doing.
