Another question:
Runners on first and second, 0 outs. Once the pitcher pitches the ball it never touches another defenders glove or a defender for that matter. How can three outs be recorder on that pitch?

All of them miss a base rounding the bases and ump calls em out as they enter the dugout.

It was Steve Van Buren wasn't it? His brother Ebert Van Buren was also a 1st round draft pick if I'm not mistaken. I ran a service call at Ebert's house. He's a psychologist now and he's old.

Because the batting team is playing LSU, what happens is this. The pitcher, for example Austin Ross, throws the ball. Before it reaches the plate God appears as a fireball on the diamond and smites all of the players on the opposing team simultaneously. Since they are all vaporized, the players are all considered "out" and LSU wins the game.

Batter pops the ball up, infield fly rule batter is out (1 out), runner on first broke on the pitch and passed the runner at second (2 outs) runner on second moves off base after runner passes him and the pop fly hits him (3 outs).

Runners can't advance on infield fly rule.
