There's really not enough video to evaluate any of these guys fully but one thing that has jumped out at me from the first time I saw him throw........and that includes the recent video on here is this.

Dude's ball comes out LOOOOOOOW!

It's just really noticeable when you see it compared to the other two. He's putting the balls on point for the most part........but they come out very low.

Low = batted balls. Lots of them.

My balls are low too. The missus never wants to bat them though.

You know you are getting old when one of your worries is sitting on them.

Having seen him: is it arm angle? Is he side-arming them? Barring that it has to be release point (late, instead of at ear) I suppose.

No. That's what makes it kind of odd to watch. It seems to be release point.

I would say that at the point it would normally cross the LOS, it's about 6" lower than the other QBs. That may not seem like much, but, it really is.

Nope.

If LN goes out there and lights it up, I'll be as big an LN fan as you can imagine.

Too many of you stupid fricks think we're supposed to take sides on this. Until I see on field results at THIS level, I can't legit take a side.

I want our QB to be successful. I have opinions about who might be successful but that's just what they are. Friggin opinions because NONE of them have proven shite on a major college football field yet.

Not sure if it’s arm slot, or the angle he takes to throw/grip the ball, but yeah, he’s not a very good passer at this point.

Well, yeah, if it's in a game or scrimmage against the defense, but if it's just normal routine everyday passing drills, no big deal. shite, I threw like that in practice just putting the ball on WR's, but I'm sure he'll adjust his throw if need be in a game.

Yeah, it's super easy to change throwing motion from how youve done it 99% of your life when it actually counts in a game.....Timmy T.

Let's play with 2 QBs on the field. MB under center, LN as a RB, with that ability to throw, if the opportunity arises.

I think his apparent low release point has more to do this being practice without linemen involved rather than mechanics. I played QB and that’s how I recall things worked.
