...."What will be the Gators toughest game this year?" Was not expecting the guy to say it but without missing a beat, he says, "LSU, without a doubt."

Don't like the guy and usually don't listen to him, but he is a former college lineman and played in the pros, so he does know the game. Nice to get some respect from a talking head in Gatorland.

Actually, every Gator fan I know agrees with him. Even though they feel they're better than us, they also know we'll be much improved. Coupled with having them at night in Tiger Stadium, they know it will be a battle.

Was the host Dan Silio (sp?). Played at Miami in college? He's based out of Tampa I think, but we get his show here in Jax. If so, he's always spoken highly of LSU.

Yes, it was Dan. His show was/is here in Orlando, unless they recently moved it. I have never heard him talk about LSU, so I can't say. Don't listen to him much at all. Just was impressed with how quickly he blurted it out. Before the guy finished asking the question, he was saying LSU. Was just nice to get respect, especially after getting the beat down last year.

That's cool. I kinda figured it might be him and it doesn't surprise me at all that he blurted it out quickly.

His show was on here two years ago, but not last year. Now it is on here again, though I actually listen to a local Jax show at that time instead. I don't know what he said last year, but two years ago he said over and over that he considered LSU the best team in the country, starting before the season began and pretty much all the way through.

Never really looked at their schedule before. Only two or three hard games on there for UF and they get ArKansas, UGA and FSU at home.

Too bad Ole Miss is off their schedule this season. That matchup would have been fun to see at Oxford.

I sure as hell hope he'd say LSU. Look at that schedule, who would you say is their toughest opponent.

He's actually pretty good, he is unbiased, IMO.

MUCH better than listening to Mike and Mike, though I prefer to just listen to The Monsters.

The only thing I dont like about the Gator schedule is that they have a bye week before they play us, while we have to play a couple SEC games before them. (including GA)
