We CANNOOTTTTTTT have another season of this Daniels. If he still runs and not throwing and throwing late, etc. Howard or Nuss must be the choice

I say Nuss, but I am prepared to take the down votes and say I'm down with a dual QB system. A defense that has to prepare for both Nuss and JD is not really going to be prepared for either.

I know bunches of you will say the QB needs the touches to get into a rhythm, but college QB's rarely have the consistency where that is more important than their natural fluctuations. On a good day, both Nuss and JD are exceptional. On a bad day they are ... well bad. Seems better to find out who's having the good day and play them. Plus if all of our QB's are getting some PT, they'll be less likely to hit the portal. There aren't many coaches that could manage that system successfully, but I think BK certainly can.

You guys are setting yourself up for disappointment just like you did last summer when most of you thought it was Brennan's job to lose.

If Daniels is on the roster and healthy, he will be the starter against FSU in Orlando. Get over it, move on.

This is a horrible attitude even if you don’t want to go as far as me and say he needs to leave. At the very least it has to be a true open competition, with an emphasis on getting the ball to our playmakers on time, accurately, and with anticipation.

I agree we may lose Howard as well

There's a higher chance LSU loses Howard if Nuss takes over next season.

JD stays he only has 1 more season.

Nuss takes over he has atleast 2 season maybe 3.

Which sounds like a quicker path for Howard???

What does any of our attitudes have to do with who the coach will start???

Are you the coach, is he the coach, am I the coach??? No. So our attitudes have no bearing on anything but I will say I agree with him. If JD returns its his job and Nuss will have a decision to make.

Nuss had a QB rating of 164.1 in two quarters of work. That's one of the highest ratings by an LSU QB not named Burrow, in history. If he doesn't start you know the coaches read the rant

...in spite of Daniels, not because of. There were three conference road games this year that he effectively didn't even show up.
