JD Lafleur would be the other possibility but I also could only see the first 4. Unless there is another angle. Hope to see more of the north/south running.

44 and 10 both made good blocks.

Any good/big play by the offense is because of a bad defensive play lol

I wish we would run more I formation to see if we can get the run game going. I think we have run it twice this season and both runs were very successful. If we have more success then they can throw in some play action. Not saying to run it all game but at least 5-6 times with a couple play action.

Our two best runs were a toss dive and out off the I formation. Showing different looks on 3rd n short are critical if we are going to be successful running the football. We are so predictable offensively.

Ball players like to hit...the position is not relevant he's a ball player ..

Defenses in short yardage always go to the lead fullback. If the ball carrier can start and cut to the outside, a big play is always a possibility.

We've been missing some punch. I'm all for it.
Heck, give 44 the ball on short yardage

totally agree with that... but has disappeared since... he's getting PT, so he's not in the doghouse, he's just not really making that huge of an impact, or it's not translating to any warrantable stats...

He has not disappeared. He sets the edge in the run game and consistently applied pressure in the passing game. He’s having a very good year

Are you talking about Pyburn or Payton?

The toss dive seemed to consistently get us yards as everyone on defense immediately started moving east to west to try and get outside, assuming it was an outside run.

It was beautiful.

so far this season, he's accounted for 1 solo tackles, 1 TFL and 0.5 sacks.. in 3 games... not exactly holy shite numbers,

Are you talking about Pyburn? He has played very well this season. He’s not a great pass rusher, but he is a force against the run, setting the edge so that others are getting tackles.

No man, number 44 secured the block, not 10.
