That standard only applies in a courtroom. Employers must make quicker decisions to protect their organization, and don't need to wait until legal proceedings are finished, which often takes years.

Will Wade will be coaching at a major program in less than 2 seasons and will be in the final four in less than 5. He will probably land up at another SEC school that isnt run by pussies.

He took up for his players and believed them when the rest of the university caved to public pressure.
It isn't about purple and gold glasses.
It's about right and wrong.
There is NOTHING to be fired over, dummy. Nothing.
It is wrong to even have this talk and it is even more wrong to hold Wade out from coaching his team this late in the season over such a vague statement without any substance whatsoever.
Get a clue.
