Thank you. Many of us were calling for it and some on here said it would never happen. They also said he would never pitch Eyanson.

Jay tried to blow his goodwill from the lineup by trotting Evans back out for the 8th inning. I know he only wanted Eyanson for one inning, but Cowan blew that plan.
Evans walked 3 guys in the 7th, he got out of it. He was done.

You don’t have to be 5’5” to know Evans was out of gas in the 7th. Shouldn’t have come back out in the 8th. Said so after the 7th was over.

The lineup changes definitely worked.
We got away with Reeves vs an OVC team, but I’m not sure we can live with him at 3rd full time from the supers on.
