Promote Aranda to head coach and be done with it

Keep Canada and let him actually run his offense.
Worst case scenario, our defense stays consistently good and keeps us competitive in the SEC.
If we lose Aranda we may not win an SEC game next year.
We have a head coach that brings absolutely nothing to the table. I’ll take one of the brightest defensive minds in football over shrimp boat captain

Have an upvote sir been saying that all along. Had to hear people say he didn't want it well fking offer it to him and see if he turns it down.

I gurantee Aranda doesn’t turn down 6 mil a year to be our head coach. I guran fricking tee it. Alleva just might could save his job by doing this

I said it last year, Aranda should have been given the promotion. If he leaves for A&M, and it’s for more money, then LSU has signaled that it is ok with mediocrity. Whatever happens is completely out of our hands. But it will send a signal that can not be ignored.

Not that it matters a hill of beans in this crazy world, but if Aranda goes to aTm, and Canada goes wherever, that’s LSU’s best and brightest. It leaves only Yaw Yaw O, and Alleva and F. King. And then I’m done.

This. If we can't even live up to the "hire and keep the best coordinators in the game" line we were fed, why the shite did we even fire Les and hire this guy to begin with?
