Rewatchin the 2010 Tennessee game, #37 made a ton of plays at the LOS. I think he will be a solid linebacker and his speed bodes well against OR.

I see 7 tackles and a pbu. Too much?

He fistbumped my 2 year old at fan day. The boy enjoyed it greatly. From that alone I predict good things.

I just hope he doesn't KO another one of our CB's in a crucial game. Anything other than that is a bonus.

Hopefully...the bench.

You must not know much about football, huh? Hatcher is one the hardest hitters on the team. He sucks at coverage, but moving him to line backer meens less time covering recievers, and more time covering Tight ends and running backs.

Add Hatchers speed with his ability to tackle well, and I think we have ourselves a pretty good hybrid linebacker. Kind of like Harry Coleman, who also struggled at Safety.

We also need depth at line backer a lot more than we do at safety

Lets hope so, because he can't be any worse than he was in the secondary. Gave me flashbacks to Danny McCray for some reason.

Taylor was hurt. Yeah, he didn't wrap up on a few plays against Arky, but he's been great in run support, and very physical. I like the move, will know in a few days if it works.

Never understood why he wasn't converted to a linebacker earlier in his career considering our crazy depth at safety.

He has an excellent build for linebacker.

7 tackles sounds about right. I project him to be an Eric Alexander type linebacker.

His speed and coverage went from a liability at safety to an asset at LB IMO.
