In 06/07 when USC was using Booty and Sanchez, they lost two games both years and looked downright bad at times in 06. They didn't have to replace their entire defense those years, either.

The infinite wisdom of the voters will vote against the SEC and probably the Big 12 if given any chance what so ever thus the winner of the Big 10 probably Ohio State or Penn State and the winner of the PAC 10 (USC) will play for the MNC next year. This possibly will open the door for an SEC or Big 12 team to play the Big 10 runner up in the Rose Bowl.

One thing's for certain, America would LOVE to see an SEC Champ vs. USC matchup right about now. LSU/UF vs. USC would be through the fricking roof!

I say Florida vs. USC, with Florida stomping the shite out of the Trojans. The reason I pick USC is because they are going to have to go at least one year without losing to an undermatched opponent.

I think this year more than anyother it is going to be wide open for any 2 of about 12 teams that have a chance of making it to the BCS this year. Everyone of these 12 teams will have to overcome the lose of a key member of last years team. Lets see:
OU, Texas, Okla.SU, USC, tOSU, PSU, Fla. Ala. LSU, Ole Miss, Maybe's: Georgia, Tenn. Fla. St, and then you throw a couple of unknowns into the mix.
I hope it is LSU/USC. This could be another grudge game in the works in the future if USC dosen't get fried by the NCAA with BUSH & MAYO???
