How the frick is Julio Jones NOT on that list? He's a much better prospect than Green.

I swallowed hard when I saw that the #2 prospect was a DE from UNC. Ruh roh.

5 of the top 10 are SEC players. #2 will face LSU in the first game of the year.

no he's not, he's the better athlete but Green is the better reciever.. better route runner, better hands, and by far more consistent

I'd have to agree with you. That is pretty strange.

Does he have any hands problems that we aren't aware of? I'm trying to think of some of his flaws that would hinder him and can't think of much?

No. The only thing Julio has over green is size. Green is the better receiver, route runner, and athlete. A.J. was a basketball star in high school and could jump out of the gym. But still Julio is not too shabby either. And there is NO WAY IN HELL their is a better CB prospect out there. PP is twice the corner Hayden is and he went in the top 10. The scouts will do the talking next year. We talking about who is the better top talent, Julio or A.J., well PP shat on both of them last season.

other than not catching many TD's, or having very many receiving yards, no. Some of that is due to the 'bama offense, but overall his numbers in his fresh year were not that good either. I agree his impact is greater than his numbers reflect, but his numbers only reflect him as the 4th or 5th best receiver in the SEC the past 2 years. To be a top 10 pick, he will have to get thrown more balls this year than the last 2 years combined...

McShay doesn't even have PP in the top 10. What a joke. Also, Julio Jones didn't have a top 10 type year last seaqson, so I can see why he wasn't in the top 10. He has top 10 ability, but has to have a better year than last season.

Does JJ really have top end speed or just good speed??

I agree that Green looked like the better prospect this past season

You are so wrong. Green is 10x the receiver Julio is. You are stupid. Green has the best hands since Randy Moss, and no I'm not exaggerating. He catches everything. He is faster than Jones, a better route runner, and has better leaping ability. The ONLY things Jones has better are durability because he's huge and blocking ability because he's huge. Jones has mediocre speed and mediocre hands.

ETA: I hope this was sarcasm.

Julio's production has been way below the hype. Green had 8 TD's as a true freshman, Jones has 8 for his career.

I agree that Green is the far better college reciever and will be a good player in the NFL but Jones has better NFL skills and size(this is the key). His body is ready for the NFL now and no one can question his pure athletic talent.Green has trouble staying healthy in college.PP will be the clear #1 cb next year after a great season and then more importantly the combines and pro days. His athletic skills will wow NFL scouts and his size his hard to find at that position.Top 5 is high for a cb(not imo but to NFL guys)so it wouldn't suprise me if he fell below 5.If any CB is going that high though he's the one.Watch Marvin Austin(UNC) to rise up those boards if he puts it together.

No. Not at this point, unless JJ blows up this coming season.
