Possibly my favorite season ever watching LSU basketball

Been following LSU since the Pistol Pete days. Can’t remember a season with so many exciting games and incredible finishes. So many great comebacks and thrilling overtime wins.
This team played with heart and love for each other all the way to the end.
Probably the most mentally tough basketball team we’ve had since I’ve followed them.
Even when it was inevitable we would lose towards the end of the game today I didn’t want to stop watching them and how hard they played.
Going to miss this group of Tigers.

Beating Duke in 2006 edged this season out for my favorite. That game alone is one of my favorite LSU games in any sport. Duke was "unbeatable" that year according to the experts.

As someone who doesn't even care about basketball.. I love Will Wade and what he's done at LSU.
I thoroughly enjoyed the season. This team is so much fun to watch.

I’ve watched more LSU basketball this year then ever before. Tonight was frustrating but tough when a team shoots the threes like Michigan did.

I haven't watched LSU BB since Shaq. I haven't watched more than a few minutes here or there since Shaq was at Lsu. I stopped because it made me so mad how unfair the refs were with Shaq. Him looking at the ball was a foul.

Old fan here, recently retired. Managed to get some great season tickets on the resale market and couldn’t have been more excited about the season. Can only hope that all the bullshite doesn’t interrupt the upward trajectory.

I’m with you all the way and I also remember watching Pete in the Cow Palace. This team will be remembered as one of the best. Geaux Tigers!!

I loved this team (especially our 6th man Wayde) and enjoyed the season. They lost their last game to a tough team which is one of the best in the country and had season best games from some players.
I hope things play out quickly since the season ended and WW is cleared or we pick up a very good coach (Avery Johnson) and wreck everyone's predictions for next season.

My Dad was a huge basketball fan. This was the first season in a long time I wish I could have called him after or during a game. I missed the old dude a lot this season. RIP Dad
