He brandished a gun in a nightclub while drinking alcohol in the first incident. You cannot carry a fire arm while under the influence of alcohol in Colorado, it is a crime.
The second incident it is unlikely that he broke any laws. It was just very stupid.

Also, he has only been suspended a total of 33 games, not 50. And that was over the course of two suspensions, because he apparently didn't learn his lesson after the first 8 game suspension. Again, nothing like these tweets.
