Polian no doubt helped in the recruiting department and I'm thankful for that. However, the special teams instantly declined with his presence and likely cost us a game or 2.

Polian is unsurprisingly very good in a a GM type role but he’s not an on field coach.

Not a knock on him at all, different people have different skill sets. Glad we aren’t forcing a round peg in a square hole.
