I'll bet UCLA throws Cole in game 1 against Kent State.
LSU has to face Bibona for UCI.

His stat line against LSU in 2008 was 7 1/3 innings pitched, 9 hits, 3 runs, 1 walk, 8 strikeouts. I was happy to see him leave the game. We roughed up Pettis in the 9th.

he's a bonehead that's how. Turned down 4 mil to go to college. Might work out though seeing as he'll prob be a top two pick next year.

And yeah in 2000 we killed everyone's aces. Especially come the CWS, then it just got silly.

The 2000 post season run saw the Tigers face the whos who of college pitching. That was clearly a better line up than the one we have now but history can repeat itself. Cresse, Hawpe, Fontenot, Pontiff, Harris, Witten, Wright, Theriot and Barbier. What a line up.

i'd take that bet. i'd be willing to bet UCLA throws their #4 vs. Kent State, Garett Claypool, who BTW is 8-3 w/ a 2.05 ERA and is a senior

Conversely, does LSU go with Renaudo or Ross vs Irvine?

The way Ross has been pitching lately, I'm not suer that it matters. I would say AR for game 1.

People need to realise. It doesnt matter what regional your in somebody on any of those teams has a good pitcher they didnt get to this point for no reason LSU will have to adjust to good pitching like they have for the most part in post season play for years

i don't know. Tort Tiger swore up and down that Cushing never touched juice so I'm pretty sure he knows more about baseball than pro baseball players.

he also said there were 25K at the saints parade

if he's a professional baseball player, then he should know better than to post such things.
