This is an NCAA Godsend, sexual fantasy lived out. Get the FBI and DoJ to do all their investigating for them, use court testimony to bring the sanctions hammer down onto anyone they choose (obviously not the Blue Bloods...notice they ARE all blue?) NCAA is salivating over this, and should likely just stay out of it completely until it is ALL a matter of public record/testimony in open court.
