Last 5 years:

10, 10, 15, 18, 9

You guys are acting like he’s playing with a bunch of 2 stars and that’s why he can’t win a big game.

he also has the stringent academic requirements at Notre Dame which pretty much eliminates 2/3 of the top 300 players every year lol

So no top 8 classes, but his teams are finishing ahead of his recruiting rankings

All you have to do is look at the NFL draft and gauge their true talent level.

Horrible hire. Lincoln Riley would've been a joke hire himself, but he also would've been much better than hiring Bryan fricking Kelly.

People would consider those rankings unacceptably low for LSU. I would say that I think the difference in talent between top 5 and top 15 is considerable enough to make a difference.

How many NFL level WRs have come through ND?

A hell of a lot less than LSU!

BK is going to have the most talented skilled group ever. Week 1 here

The teams he's losing to in the playoffs have perennial top 5 classes. I don't love the hire, but he's going to have access to a slew of kids he doesn't at ND and that's an indisputable fact.

Okay fair enough. He’s averaging 12th the recruiting. List the top 12 teams he’s beaten.

So he recruits well is what you’re saying? Because those classes with 2/3rds of the top 300 unavailable is pretty fricking good

ND beat Clemson last year. You didn't put much effort into this

Do you have eyes when you watch games? They are nowhere near the level of elite college football

Lawrence was out and Clemson was missing like half of their defensive starters due to covid protocols.

You realize this is a clear step down from teams who routinely recruit at the top, right?

We have been 3, 4, 5, 15 and 7 ourselves

They lack talent at the skill positions that LSU is always overflowing with. 1 DB drafted in the 1st rd in the last 25 years. Last RB drafted in the 1st rd Jerome Bettis.
