I actually think whisky will give Ohio a good game today. Possibly win or an over time game. Hard to beat the same team twice in a season 80 percent of the time for most teams college level.

Absolutely. The Big 12 has turned into a quarterfinal game unless LSU/Ohio State lose.

Why does “Whisky” have an H but Wisconsin doesn’t? I guess it’s kinda like “fridge” having a D in it but refrigerator doesn’t?

I personally think that LSU is left out if they lose. Conference championship is a tie breaker. Oklahoma would probably get the 4th spot if they win. LSU would be at #5.

LSU/OU wouldn't be a tie though. LSU's resume is clearly stronger than OU's, and LSU has passed the eye test all year long compared to OU.

If Oklahoma beats Baylor and LSU loses to Georgia:

1 tOSU
2 Son of Clem
3 Georgia
4 Oklahoma

I believe this with all my heart and soul. Unfortunately for the Tigers it'll be another wait til next year.

OSU wins big today, probably bigger than their last game.

The media can say LSU is in no matter what. But the committee will absolutely put OU over LSU in this scenario. I have no doubt.

Agree, but the committee clearly doesn’t want to risk the possibility of another all-SEC final. They will decide to put emphasis on the conference championship, at least for next week, and use that to keep us out.

Yep, that Boise-Clemson East State College - B-CESC - ran a gauntlet. Fresh as daisies for a two game season - where is my dog?

Every single one of those scenarios is wrong.

This is my worrisome scenario:

Ohio State beats Wisconsin
Clemson beats Virginia
Oklahoma beats Baylor
Georgia beats LSU

Ohio State, Clemson, and Georgia are in.
Committee would have to choose between a 1 loss conference champion (Oklahoma) vs. a 1 loss non-conference champion (LSU). I don’t trust the committee one bit.

In your scenario, we would be out.

Ohio State beat the crap out of Wisconsin the first time, and it will be even worse today.
