Mathieu is probably my favorite all time Tiger. Him and Pat Pete truly love LSU

About time they updated that place...we’ve been behind the times for quite a while. Thanks to Alleva

Alleva has many faults but upgrading facilities was not one of them. This all happened under his watch. Construction started a year ago

Can’t wait until we’re down by 10 in the first quarter of a game and someone makes a comment like “someone go wake up the team from their locker room beds to get into the game!” But without any irony

Wow. That's actually really poorly designed. Not easy on the eyes at all. YHTSI

That’s the point.

This should have been done five years ago but Alleva was too busy undermining the coach he hated to keep up with the rest of the national powers until now.

Regardless, looks great.

Very happy for the guys like Rashard that stayed and get to enjoy this as seniors.

Recruits will love it for sure

This would make me come back for my Senior year alone.

Especially former players who donated.

Man it was big of TM7 to come in with a big donation. The dude was kicked off the team and still comes back and shows love because he knew he was in the wrong. That’s a real tiger right there

They already have too many professors. Many of whom are not necessary. The building was paid for with private funds.

Let me tell you something. If you have LSU academics $1 million thinking they would hire new professors, I guarantee you that 75% of that money would go to administrative raises and non-academic support staff hires.

You want to know how many professors you could hire with LSU athletics funds? ZERO.

Because athletics money is for athletics.

Academics money is for academics.

I still can’t believe, after all these years of the athletic department being self-sufficient that there are still people who think we are shortchanging academics in favor of athletics. It’s like these people were born yesterday. fricking amazing.

When a professor can gett 100,000 people to pack a stadium to watch students take a test THEN they can worry about what the athletic department is spending.

Seriously? Do you think this new locker room was conceived, ordered and constructed by Scott Woodward in the last 2 months?

I am so glad Alleva is gone, but this locker room was approved, commissioned and built under his watch.

LSU football ops building

Which building is this? Is the new locker room part of the stadium? Is the cafeteria in the building across the street where the old baseball stadium was? Thanks

The football ops building was remodeled and everything is in the same building now. The locker room in tiger stadium is different then the new locker room in the ops building. The football players can do everything g they want in one building now.
