It doesn't surprise me anymore, There are a few progressives and if any TRUE minority leadership left in this state which it was plentiful back in the Hallman, Dinardo and early Saban days. Louisiana is not the People of Huey P Long as it been for many years; It's becoming a 2.0 version of Jim Crow. So any QB at LSU that's black has to be the 2nd coming of Christ and/or 100% times better than the White back-up. Trust Me if the story was flip-Trust ME JJ scholarship would have not been renewed after the season which General Lee RS-Freshman year.

Apparently it hasn't hurt the LSU program one bit. I think being ranked #1 in the AP proves that.
We have a luxury this year that no other team in the country has. We are the best team in the country no matter who our starting QB is. Why boo when you get one of them re-instated to the team? Makes zero sense to me.

He won't answer because most likely he didn't consider this when everyone cheered Mett after booing JJ. It was the first thing that popped in my mind though when Mett came in. I think most people around me didn't even know what I was talking about when I said Mett sexually assaulted a girl in Georgia.

This, in and of itself, is the problem. JJ fans. JL fans. What the frick is that? They both play, and try to win, for LSU.
Half the posts in this thread are prefaced with which QB the poster is a "fan" of. Its ridiculous, and a sad statement about LSU fans and their mentality.
If you are one of the people who boos or condone it, you are detriment to the program, plain and simple.
