Your two main points, lack of attacking the middle of the field and lack of pre-snap creative formations and motion are valid criticisms.

Early in the game thread I wrote, can Sloan please put someone in motion.

PFF stats came out & showed Nuss only had 2.14 seconds to release the ball.

No, it didn't, unless I am misunderstanding what you mean to say. What came out was that Nuss' average time to get rid of the ball was 2,14 seconds by design to avoid Clemson's line getting to him and force the rest of the Clemson defense to beat them.

The result? Clemson's defense recorded only one sack and two quarterback hurries.

Sloan constantly wants to attack the boundary which drives me nuts. Anderson and Nuss should be carving opponents up in the middle of the field early and often.

I wanted them to go for the first down and win the game then and there. When given the chance go for their throat. Too often coaches play not to lose and lose in situations like that. Think 2012 Bama LSU. The clock wasn’t even a huge issue on Clemson final drive anyway.

You are right. Sloan can make play calls like he protecting Nuss. Nuss does not need protection at this point. He's too experienced for that BS. Use the entire field.

I think that was situationally because we were at Clemson and our team hadn’t played together mostly.

As the season goes on, I would bet that changes. Hopefully the OL improves every week.

They completed passes that lost 10 yards

Think about that. Took the risk of stopping the clock to lose yardage

The offense still has a lot of work to do. And that’s both play and coordination wise

One of the passes lost yardage because it was designed to take a shot deep but Clemson didn’t bite and Nuss took the check down.

Again, the exact opposite of being conservative with the designed shot playcall.

You people are just looking for something to bitch about, but you're off the mark here.
