Seriously...are they so etched in their gameplan of sending Ranaudo/Coleman out for 7-8 innings, and then bringing in Ott that they cannot deviate and pull Coleman in the 4th inning? There's a reason that nearly every UT hit/out was a deep fly ball...Coleman was locating his pitches exactly where each batter liked them, and was rattled. Incredible lack of confidence in the bullpen, Coleman should have been done in the 4th. Hopefully LSU can still win this thing, but the blame for any potential loss in this game has got to go on the retarded coaching moves.

Seriously. You can't call him any names after the way he's coached this series. He's made some excellent moves, but not every move pays off.

We are losing and you think that you have the right to bitch. You think that you can do better than PM? It's idiots like you that probably never attended LSU that gives the school I graduated from a bad name. If we were winning, would you still post?

Coach Manieri has made some great coaching decisions in the CWS. His handling of the pitchers in this game has been very poor.

I would have yanked Coleman sooner and left Jones in longer (although the latter decision did not bite us).

Why does everyone have to be either over critical or overly optimistic? Coach trusted Coleman to take us to a W and he didn't. Based on his performance this season, I don't blame him.

nobody is blaming PM for starting coleman

after he gives up 3 HR in an inning, you gotta pull him in almost any situation

wait, you're allowed to pull pitchers before they pitch as much as you expect when you put them in?
