So it won't cure cancer overnight. But it doesn't do any harm. Maybe it'll help some lady out there struggling with breast cancer feel a little better to see a whole stadium wearing pink. I gotta wonder why this is touching such a nerve with some of you guys.

Idiots piss me off.

I'm coming off as self-righteous, but it's not how I feel. People just need to look outside of what they THINK they know.

who the hell doesn't know that breast cancer exists?

Exactly. Everyone is aware of it. The NFL does their week for breast cancer, and they do a great job of promoting it. NCAA should promote prostate cancer awareness. Breast cancer isn't the only kinda cancer out there...

You are. Just take a step back. You're not going to change the way people think about this. Calling them homophobes doesn't help either.

If you only knew what you are talking about or who you are talking to.

I get that you are fired up about breast cancer and that is great. However, a bunch of pink shirts are not going to make one damn bit of difference.

Now if they want to sit the bands for half time and have a 20 min educational seminar for the 92000 fans in attendance on the issues above, I would be all for it. People don't need gimicks and marketing, they need education and direction. those that are educated will donate if able.

Sure they do.

This is what society is now. 92k in pink, a viral youtube video, attention spans are short.

But you're not selling shoes or an energy drink.

a viral youtube video,

you want to get a viral you tube video then broadcast a self breast exam on the big screen at the game. No one else has done it, it is medically recommended procedure, it is educational, it is getting out awareness, we would be so classy if we did it.

I think you're on to something!

LSU could release one of those Mike the Tiger videos of him giving out breast exams...

Me too.

I don't know WTF I was thinking getting into this.

I DO BELIEVE people need to think more, but frick me.

Wear pink if you think it could help. Or just donate to your just cause and wear whatever you want.

wearing pink would be better than having to wear a shirt with an enormous pair of nuts to raise testicle cancer awareness
