Facemasks did come in contact.
He also hit him near the collarbone, which is in the area of the neck.. which fits their vague arse definition of targetting and gives them an out.

Now compare this to what white did. I personally believe that white “touched the line” of the targeting rule. While the lb from bama went well well passed the line. And we all know which one got called and which one did not.
