A little sweat equity this summer while we sit in the air conditioning and he will be good to go..

Coach O has done a great job all around. He is well deserving of the praise he has been getting from all corners.
But going into the season with a quarterback with little quality playing time backed up only by two true freshman is a recruiting fail, no matter how you spin it.
That said, I am very high on Brennan and so long as he is not hurt, how much experience his back up has doesn’t matter.
I think Coach O has to decide to take his chances or use a scholly on a qb in the transfer portal who is willing to come in and be a sprained ankle away from starting for the defending natl champion.
I don’t mean to write off the two freshmen, but historically it’s been hard to win with a freshman qb in the SEC, not unheard of though.
In the I am often wrong category, I wasn’t for having two qbs in this class. Orgeron may have seen this coming with Parish.

O would be wise to scour the transfer portal for a guy with experience willing to come in and compete with Brennan.
Brennan goes down and LSU will be screwed with either freshmen under Center.

O said as much at his presser today. He said bringing in a transfer QB is an option and they'll make a decision after spring practice.

Because Brennan will be the QB this year and next and the guy we will sign in this coming up class will be the starter once Brennan is gone.

For starters, Finley was a 4 Star. Parrish simply is NOT an SEC caliber QB. Again, nothing against him, just not in the same league as Brennan and company.

Johnson will be solid. Just hope he won’t be called upon this year.

Finley was a 247 and 247 composite 3 star, That’s what anyone who follows recruiting goes by, you may be right about your assumptions on their ability but let’s be honest about what Finley was rated as.
