I think he forgot where one has 1000 rushing yards and the other doesnt.

Guess rushing production shouldn’t factor/doesn’t stand out

That's not even taking into account their rushing yards.

It really isn't even close. The 3 losses are the only thing that they can hold against Daniels.

And that he got knocked out halfway through one of those games.

Honestly, how is it even possible that he doesn't get the Heisman?

This is obviously going to change the next two weeks considering Oregon has back to back ranked teams assuming they win.

Daniels is the only player in SEC history to throw for 6 TDs and rush for 2 TDs.

Just think how many great QBs have come through the SEC

I think Burrow did that against Oklahoma. Still impressive though.

The last stat was one he made a point of, Nix does a lot of dumping off and / or throws a lot of dink passes.

That & less than 900 yards rushing yards is why it really isn't even a contest.

I guess you could throw in the numbers against top 25 teams as well for good measure.

I know this is about Daniels vs Nix for the Heisman, but I keep seeing a lot of people who say Oregon is going win their next 2 (including beat Washington in the Pac 12 championship).
This really feels a lot like 2003, when everyone kept saying UGA was going to win the rematch in Atlanta... and LSU smoked them.

JB threw for 7 TDs (in 1st half) and rushed for 1 (in 2nd half)

I think he assumes (perhaps incorrectly) that even the less informed voters are aware of his rushing #s

Exactly.

His tweet was directed to those focused instead on passing stats

This is a more telling stat.

To me the biggest difference is Nix ran "FROM" the SEC and Daniels ran "TO" the SEC...
