really think this is a great move. The Dline is definitely not performing up to their talent level. Our Dline coach going to the hospital has been noticeable.

Are things so bad an 82 yr old coach ( admittedly a fine coach in his day) can actually make a material difference in mid season?
I like Jenkins ,but this looks like a gesture which is largely symbolic and to quiet down the angry crowd with a local icon.

Pete will be great for a temporary fix. Maybe we will start getting some pressure on the opposing offenses and some sacks of there QBs. We need something to give of player an edge in a very tough division. Our offensive players are performing at a high level and the problem is special teams and defense. We still have a chance to be relevant in our division this season.
