Doesn't mean they "love Les more than LSU"
Its a dumb statement
Not when they chant Les' name well knowing that he is mediocre.
Not when they hold signs that proclaim LSU IS LES MILES.
Seems like a Joe Pa Cult to me.

Give me three reasons why Les should stay, valid reasons.... please
Offense is never gonna change
We are always lost and unorganized every game
We are poorly coach and never make good adjustments
Steele is in charge of the defense now

You probably could have made this post in 1 of the other 800 threads already saying the same thing.

What if they don't believe he is "mediocre"?

In college football, mediocre is 8-10 wins with no hardware. That is what has been going on the last 4 years.

The great program Alabama, by which you all measure our success, has some history of this type of situation. I think it is telling to look at what they went through.
Gene Stallings coached from 1990-1996. He was, by any reasonable measure, a very successful coach with a .713 record and a National Championship.
But Bama fans, as you say, wouldn't accept mediocrity! So, from 1997-2006 they hired Mike Dubose (.510), Dennis Franchione (.680), Mike Price (never coached), and Mike Shula (.303).
Finally they got Saban in 2007. He went 7-6 in that first season.
IMO, Les Miles is a great coach who can win another National Championship at LSU. We might get rid of him and find someone who wins SEC Championships and Natty's year after year like we've apparently come to expect...
OR we might spend ten years in the wilderness with Dubose's, Shula's, etc.
Miles runs a clean program. We've had no major sanctions in his tenure. And we win a whole lot more than we lose.

Some people confuse loyalty to miles with loyalty to LSU. They see an attack on Miles as an attack on LSU itself. Those of us that want to see a change at HC feel that way due to our loyalty to LSU and not a single individual. We feel that a change at HC gives us a better chance at winning the games that Les simply can't win, nothing more nothing less.

No they don't. That's a stupid thing to say.
Posted on 11/29/15 at 1:00 pm to Tigerbait357
If you keep repeating it, it doesn't make it true.

Mediocre doesn't win as much as Les does. I know you're just terrible as a poster, but can you try not drooling while you talk?
Posted on 11/29/15 at 1:03 pm to Tigerbait357
I agree. They hedged their bets to ONE man and when it didn't happen they just folded. If you don't think Miles is getting it done then he needs to go. You don't keep him because the main guy you wanted didn't bite. Move on to number 2. There are many coaches that could have success here and I think they should've threw money at Herman before sticking with Miles.

No hardware in 2011? You sure about that?
I love that the butthurt Les haters down vote the truth. There's plenty of factual things yall could say, but making shite up is unnecessary.

You're just confirming how stupid you Miles nut huggers are. 2012, 2013,2014,2015. Can you count?
Posted on 11/29/15 at 1:18 pm to griswold
I only count completed seasons when talking about season achievements.

Miles doesn't even have the same intensity any more.. He use to at least have a strong intensity.. now he is so reserved and almost seems out of it

Other then 2011, which I will give completely credit to him, we have been horrible in general with Les in charge
From 2010-2013 LSU won 83% of its games which ranked us in the top 4 of power 5 conference teams in winning %.
How anyone can even associate that with "we have been horrible" is beyond me.
Posted on 11/29/15 at 1:21 pm to Lonnie4LSU
Now do 2012-2015 and give me a percentage.
