Without Pinson, who is better than Gaines to run the offense? Gaines IS the best LSU has now.

So in 2019, you truly believe LSU goes undefeated and wins the national title without Burrow?

Are we forgetting about the Adam Miller injury? The fans that want Wade gone are crazy.
How DARE you bring up logic in times like these!!

At this point in time LSU is playing out of the NCAA and into the NIT.

Miller is a non factor this year for never playing one second in live action. The team IS day and night without Pinson. Even Ray Charles could see this.

After losing to two of the worst teams in the league, in the same week, I want to hear nothing about Pinson being out, and I can't believe anyone is still making excuses. Yes, LSU needs him. But guess what? Other teams suffer injuries and don't lose 6 out of 7 games, including two in a row to awful teams.
It is the sign of a team that is either not very good, or has all but quit, to be doing what this team is doing, with one guy missing.
And please don't say "you forgot about Adam Miller!". Adam Miller didn't play in a single game this season. This was a team that, after 16 games, was one of the best teams in the country... Without Adam Miller. So I don't buy this excuse about Pinson. You can see that this team isn't playing with the same consistent effort on either end of the floor. Effort is not supposed to slump because someone else is hurt. If you can't beat Vanderbilt and Ole Miss without Pinson, you sure as heck won't beat a good team with him. Not when the effort is like this.
It's a simple matter of this team getting their heads out of their butts. If they can't, they won't make the NCAA's.

We miss that ability to bring gaines and Eason in after the first timeout
That was a really nice move before the injury
Its disappointing at the number of LSU basketball fans who don't understand that concept and what it means for victory.

Exactly. But that’s just an excuse according to the rant coaches. This place is full of retardation, especially after losses.

Then Pinson got injured.

I understand all that, but the wheels shouldn't have come completely off the bus because of Pinson
We’ve got other talent. Next man up, and Wade needs to adjust our style of play based on what we have available.

Defensive oriented teams must have their point guard healthy and anyone who follows college basketball knows this. Defensive teams naturally play a lot of close games and if you go look at other defensive teams in the past era their point guard is the difference in those games.

Pinson was the 2nd best guard on the roster. The best one got injured in the preseason. Right now we are playing with 3rd, 4th, and 5th best guards on the roster and were not meant to be the primary ball handlers and the ones running the offense for extended minutes.

You must not have put much effort into reading or understanding my post. You just saw a few words and spliced them together, rather than take on the actual context.
My point, which I made very clearly, was that you don't go from being one of the best teams in the country, to not being able to beat two of the worst teams in the league, while losing 6 of 7 overall, just because ONE guy is out. And no disrespect to Pinson, but let's not pretend he's an All-American. He's a nice all around player. But he's not some superstar whose absence should cripple your team to this degree.
So what does that mean? Just what I said in my previous post. The effort simply is not there. We see spurts of it, but mostly it's just lazy, selfish basketball, and it's starting to bleed over onto the defensive side.
So, yes, losing Pinson hurts. But to take this past week, and shove it under the rug because we don't have Pinson, is just ignoring the far bigger problem. So, yeah, to answer your question, I am sure.
