Pat Forde is enemy #1

Not Alleva, Not F. King or the BOR. This was all started from that snot nosed booger face Pat Forde and the wiretap is an ALLEGED conversation. Not confirmed or even for sure recorded. Until hard evidence and proven evidence was or has been confirmed then it’s just that, an alleged conversation. BS move not to stand behind your coach until the facts are settled.

Forde is a blowhard, not doubt. But our AD should have had half a spine to let it play out.

It should be pretty clear to everyone Dawkins and his attorneys are leaking this information to the media. They're already on record saying they are going to try to take down the entire system. Well, now you're seeing it. There are only two places the media could have gotten the most recent wiretap, as it wasn't read in court, 1) the FBI ( 
nope); or 2) defense counsel. The NCAA hasn't even been able to get this information yet Pat Forde has? And why would you blame Forde for simply doing his job. You think he'd just ignore this type of information? C'mon. This is a scorned Dawkins who is justifiably upset he's going to be serving time in prison for participating in a system everyone else does. So he's going for broke now.
And Wade could have avoided all this by not being so careless to be the one talking to the fricking street agent. I don't know why we insist on blaming everyone else under the sun but the guy who was recorded. I mean good lord some of y'all need to stop being such homers for Wade because he's won a lot of games this year. he was a dumbass and may screw over the program.

I’ll disagree. When you report you should report facts, not alleged conversations. Also, you don’t get noticed that you’re receiving a subpoena, you just get subpoenaed. End of.

when did I say anything about a subpoena? What are you even responding to with this statement? I said the first recording that was released last year was read in court. That is a true statement
I'm an attorney, I know exactly how a subpoena works big guy. I issue them all the time

what did Forde write that was false or even an assumption? He wrote an article that included recorded statements made by our head coach. You may hate that he wrote the article or hate that our coach was invovled or hate the situation in general. But you need to face reality here buddy. Forde was provided with leaked information (presumably from Dawkins). Forde did his job and published what he was provided. Now people are mad at everyone but Will Wade because they don't want to believe any of it is true.
The attitude people should be having is they are mad at Wade for ever putting himself in that position. We all know everyone cheats but hope LSU is smart enough not to get caught. Will Wade screwed up here. The best we can hope for is there isn't enough to definitively prove anything and Wade/LSU can come out unscathed. But to pretend like this is just a bunch of bullshite just to screw over LSU is ridiculous.

Got it: Will Wade has no responsibility for what he said or did. Those who accurately disclose his statements about his actions are fully to blame.

hopefully. But that's not what you said or what this discussion is even about. You said the media should only report facts. Ok, well reporting verbatim what was said in a conversation is reporting facts. You even called these recorded conversations "alleged conversations." Do you even know what "alleged" means? What you should have said is "I hate how everyone is assuming what Wade meant in those conversations," not chastising the news for just parroting exactly what was said by Wade in a recorded conversation they were given. C'mon, use your head.
And I still think it's funny people here want to assume it's all a bunch of bullshite instead of just saying, yeah it an awful look, hopefully there isn't enough to make it all stick. I'd love to "lawyer" the shite out of what they have and poke holes into it (and LSU/Wade's attorneys will likely try to do just that) , but I'm also a human being and it's not irrational to think Wade was more than likely talking about money in those conversations.

Forde was given a scoop and ran with it...aka doing his job as a journalist (assuming he vetted the validity of it).

I can almost guarantee you it was Dawkins. There are only so many people who have access to what Forde reported. The feds and the defendants and their attorneys. That's it. Do the math. Dawkins said he was going to expose everyone, well here we are. I'm sure he had doubts the judge would let the phone calls in because the judge in the last trial wouldn't, but he damn sure knew the media would love to publish that same information. Watch Wade not even be ultimately called to testify now
