I think that is the number. I wouldn't be willing to put money above or below that in many cases

Only thing that matters is the number of receptions! Which I have no doubt in my mine these will certainly increase.

Over.... 23/24 a game with 35-40 rushing attempts by the backs a game and LSU will dominate

In the first eight games of 2011:

. the LSU offense averaged about 66 snaps per game

. LSU passed about 22 times per game

Nexzt year, I would expect that LSU will pass around 27-30 times per game.

I definitly believe the completion percentage increases. But, I'm wondering how much more Lester will be willing to throw it.

I'm too lazy to look it up right now, but I did a break down of his percentages in the past, and he tends to favor something like 45% pass to 65% run.

Only once has he had more rush attempts than pass attempts (as a HC, I mean).

looking at the schedule I would say you are right.

The problem is, we will be dominating most of the teams on our schedule again which means we will be only running the ball in the second half of some of those games.

Better question would be O/U 20 pass attempts against Bama/SC/Arkansas next year. I thin LSU throws more than 20 times in all threee of those games.

If the over/under is set at 20, then I'll bet my next year's salary on the over.

They key here is that it's pass attempts by Mett, not the entire team.

I'm still taking the over.

Hopefully the effectiveness of the passing game is better, but the attempts are around 20-25.

I think he will average around 26 pass attempts a game. Completing about 20 of them a game

I hope to God its over 20. And yea threw it over 20x a game last year, but that was also due to Les allowing others to call plays.
