This is what I was most excited about when Kelly was hired
Kellys position specialties have always been O line and TE. Look at those 2 rooms on our roster. They’re incredible.
Not to mention the guy has taken our QB situation to another stratosphere.
I really don’t give a shite about the narrative of Kelly is overrated, a prick, can’t win a big game etc.
If you take a step back and actual look at what he’s done on and off the field in only 2 years, we should be creaming our pants that we’ve got this guy for another 8.

If LSU can control the clock with their run game and keep the defense off the field
I would love to see this again, wear a team down and impose your will. I still think that works. It doesn't mean Nuss won't have a big year, but a more balanced offense...and as you said, control the clock...get a few stops on defense....

Well, our starting tackles would likely start in the NFL right now. So it really is an NFL line.

You know defenses will be coming at them, but damn this feels good.

I kinda am worried about him he is huge like pocic and may not be the most mobile/agile
I’m thinking they want the best lineman in regardless of position, and he may be one of the best IOL and they want him in so center is open.

Point being, imagine Joe with this line.
He would probably be better off in Cincinnati if he had these 5 protecting him

Yea, 2019 OL being mediocre and made to look good by Burrow is peak Rant urban legend.

The saints would probably trade with us

Not to take anything away from that 2019 Oline but let’s be honest Joe made them look good a lot of times.
While they get overhyped due to winning the best OL award that year, Lloyd Cushenberry was actually a fantastic center. He was honestly extremely valuable in 2019.
But I agree with you that the O-Line we have this year is better as a whole but Center is an area where 2019 was better.

Practice reports are saying he's having trouble in Pass Blocking and is getting beat by our "Mediocre" DL.
I havent heard this. Is that true?

4 of the 5 starters are on NFL rosters. S. Charles retired this week but was starting for the Titans more than likely. Cush and Damien Lewis have second contracts over 50 million each. Deculus is a backup for the Jett’s. Ed Ingram is starting RG for the Vikings. That 2019 Oline was pretty damn good.
frick, that team was so elite. Top to bottom. Even the kicker.
