LSU has ruined the game day experience. They over charged the hard core fan with the invention of Over priced TAF fees , parking fees, and concession gouging.
Also a lack of real upgrades to the stadium. Just adding more seat in the nose bleed and catering to the ultrarich for more luxury suite , it sure doesn't help the overall appeal and comfort level of the stadium to the Every game supporting season ticket holder.

Why don’t Bama fans leave early? Their team has dominated college football for the past decade, yet their fans pack their stadium and don’t leave early.

agree with Tiger Dean and also there is NO excuse for trash concessions in the best food area in the US - also been attending LSU games for 50 plus years and still the BRPD hasnt figured out traffic control - how many times have you seen traffic at a standstill and 6 or more policemen standing at an intersection gabbing ??

Not corporate tickets. Real fans. We had that once, but they were priced out so that LSU could keep up with Alabama. Half the people who attend LSU football games don’t give a frick about being a fan. They only care about how many tickets they control. It’s business you know.

There really isn't an excuse. LSU has crappy fans. Not bad fans but crappy fans. There is a subtle difference. Not just football but baseball as well. I've lost count of the number of baseball games I've attended where the attendance was listed as 9,500 plus when, in actuality, there was less than 4,000 in the stands.
LSU fans today are living off the reputation earned by fans from four and five decades ago.

My guess is that the TAF prices will drop and ticket prices go up now that the TAF will no longer be deductible. I am fine with that.

Don't know, but trying to shame our fans into staying for the whole game hasn't been working. Also, trying to convince our fans that ONLY they leave early hasn't worked either. Everyone knows better because this problem has been well documented in many schools (definitely including Bama) as well as the NFL. I suspect that as long as fans feelings on the subject are dismissed as "excuses" the problem won't go away. These threads are getting old.

A lot of our crowd sees LSU football as an event.
Many of the "Been there, done That" fans are not going to put up with all the annoying and irritating crap that's going on now. They'll just stay home until it's all fixed.

As a kid I watched some LSU games on the radio. Les Miles offense made many of us nostalgic for those days.

Well I guess the fans who purchase tickets with their own hard earned money feel like they can come and go as they please, go figure that.
