Yet, I'm watching the packers vs vikings game, it's 5 degrees in the 4th quarter, packers are down 13-0, and the fans are all still there.
Might be a run on sentence, but I don't care.

These folks love football. You don’t go watch football in temperatures you could die in if you don’t love it. A lot of our crowd sees LSU football as an event.

You’ll see lots of excuses. Bottom line is the fans suck and the football hasn’t been too exciting the past few seasons.

LSU fans have developed entitlement. Everyone just expects to win every game, even though we haven’t proven that we are capable whatsoever since 2011. The entire season coming down to the BAMA game every year doesn’t help much either. LSU fans are the best when they are underdogs, and the fan base as a whole doesn’t look at LSU like that anymore.

LSU has overbuilt it’s stadium versus its fan base. There are not 102k actual LSU fans attending games. Many are casual fans or corporate tickets. Where I sit I would say the actual people who graduated LSU and attend each game is in the 25% range. If tiger stadium only held 65k it would not only be easier to get in and out of but there would be a higher percentage of true fans. With that said I love tiger stadium favorite place to be on a Saturday.
The shift in students from out of state also hurts the student section. Don’t have as many kids who grew up loving LSU and going to games as you have in the past. And millennials sucking in general.

crowd started leaving after our teams spoiled them. fans used to stay when the goal was simply to make a bowl game or God forbid make it to the seccg.
