Alleva lost the support of the fanbase with the Orgeron hire.

Orgeron, who did not deserve the LSU job to begin with, lost the support of the fanbase with Troy-Canada-Ensminger.

It’s just a matter of time before they are both forced out. There is blood in the water.

That wasn't O's popularity rising; that was the chance of snow.

It was 9 - 4. We finished #18 in the AP. For reference Les Miles exceeded that 6 of his last 7 years and we ran him off. O’s spectacular ranking of #18 would rank as the 9th best season in Les Miles’ time at LSU.

Weren't you one of the fools saying we were going to beat ND and finish in the top 10?

Did you have to move those goal posts back?

Nope, I was not. I knew it would be a tough game.

Kevin Faulk could come in and run us to the championship but orgeron still wouldn't deserve much respect

Seems like O, like last year, is seeing uptick in approval rating as off-season begins

O could win 10 nattys in a row and the Rant would still hate O just as much as the day he was hired. Indeed, they would still be saying, "O isn't qualified, look what he did at Ole Miss."

The Rant consists of the dumbest of the dumb of LSU fandom.

The same jokers that hated him when he was made interim will hate him no matter what. Look how bad they lost their shite at a 9-3 season.

They hate him worse. They said at the start of the season that O wouldn't win 4 games. Then when O lost to Troy, they said it again, O won't win more than 4 games.

Then when O won 9 games, it was like O sticking his bird finger in their eyes. It pissed them off even more. Thus, they act like O won only won 3 games as they wished and hoped for, instead of the 9 games he did win, and treat O the same way. Indeed, they are all literally insane.

But I tell you what, it's fun to watch. Hell, their misery triggered by O being the head coach at LSU brings me great joy and pleasure. Hence, I hope and pray that O remains the head coach at LSU for many years to come.

A season worse than the fired coach’s last 5 years’ average.

If ADs in America actually thought he earned his record, he would have been hired the instant he stepped off campus. Instead, no AD in his right mind will touch him with a 10-foot pole as they all avoid Miles as if he has the plague. Meanwhile, Miles reiterates that he wants to be a head coach again everytime he turns around.

Please explain to me, in which ways LSU has improved from hiring Orgeron, up to this point.

I understand its a small sample size so far, but give me reasons to believe that LSU is moving in the right direction with the hiring of Orgeron.

For the record....I did not love the Orgeron hire, but I was willing to give him a chance. I didnt jump off the bandwagon after Troy, but I had concerns. I was actually fine with the results of the season overall, and the recruiting class. The handling of the Canada situation and then OC "search" was troubling though. If you cant see that things have the potential to get really bad, then you just dont want to. Im an LSU fan and want them to win 30 straight NCs. I dont care who the coach is. I'm never going to pull against LSU because of who the coach is.
