Living near Memphis, there is always local sports coverage of Ole Piss. Local reporters were there outside the locker room on O’s first day there waiting to do interviews and could hear a lot of commotion. Then players started coming out and some of them were running around and still yelling. I remember a reporter talking to one kid who’s eyes were still wide like he was shell-shocked. He didn’t know which way was up.

He gave everyone an opportunity to come up and fight him and said,
"That's what I thought," and walked out of the room. In another story, Lane
was out passing with another player, and Coach O apparently ran up to
him, tackled him, stripped the ball, and took off running down the
field.
This is the best part and I wish they had a video of him tackling and stripping the ball out of Lane’s hand taking off running down the field lol.
