The o suckers keep coming up with another excuse more pathetic than the last. Pelini was the 2nd highest paid coordinator after venebales. Peetz and Jones where paid about what other p5 coordinators make and they had no experience. No good coordinators wanted to work for O and his idea of a search was to have Derek read the rant and then not interview them

The purely figurehead “Head” is obviously not a sustainable framework. The Head has to have sufficient knowledge about everything and, probably more importantly, really good organizational skills to sustain success. We had a guy who seemed to really have neither.
