You guys are out in force today.

The vast majority of the fanbase is sick of the lies and misdirection and wants to see results. The fact that Orgeron is promising the same nonsense with the same trolls making the same personal attacks against any criticism this offseason doesn't bode well.

Why are you worried about meddling? Our problem is can we block against a good team and can we get a standoff on the DLine. Bama has dominated our offensive line and defensive line for five years now. Not even close. Scheme on defense and offense does not matter if you cannot block. Florida defensive ends destroyed our OTs. Miss State DLine dominated our offensive line. We gave up 200 yards to the Aggie running back. Our line play has to get a lot better. If it does we will win 10 or 11 games

I don’t give a shite what offense we run as long as it’s successful. We could run the triple option for all I care as long as we put points on the board AGAINST EVERY TEAM and can extend drives to let the defense rest or to run out the clock.

Not in 2017 they didn't.

This. People always talk about how they want to see more passing, more shotgun, whatever. I just want to see a prolific offense that keeps the defense on its heels.

Well if LSU can't trust a guy that Sean Payton loved & hated to lose, to help our Offense, then it'll never happen.

I sincerely hope he becomes our permanent guy soon.

For whatever reason, LSU, through all the offensive coordinators, a couple head coaches and all the different players, absolutely refuses to run a dynamic, modern offense. Makes me think it's cultural.

That’s because O didn’t want to do anything with the offense, his desired OC was Miles’ longtime TE coach. There was no reason to expect a difference.

Did you not think last year's offense was different than 2015-2017?

Such a hard concept to grasp. O has said many times he wanted to open up and modernize the offense. He hired E because he trusts E, E loves LSU, and O knew he would work tirelessly to make the offense successful. They spent time with the Saints to help E learn and implement what they envisioned. While they were there they one upped themselves, went OG, and hired one of the Saints brightest young coaches to help them implement the offense.

Ok I'm getting really confused here. Is this Brady's offense or Ensminger's offense?
Why does it have to be one or the other? Why would it matter? If they are both on the same page and rowing in the same direction, then that question is irrelevant. Maybe they also went to the Saints to learn how to implement a culture where everyone from the coach to the quarterback to the scout team scrubs are all on the same page.

have no idea why this got down votes... pretty much spot on...If it all works its only a matter of time before Brady is announced as OC with Ensminger retiring or something... Its easing Brady in and giving him some space to teach it, hes prob going to have alot of input on play calling behind the scenes. Its two guys with prob 0 ego, what more could you want? Joe is young and has time to watch Ensminger and learn the ins and outs of play calling. Hell, id guess Brady will call at least half... and orgeron will prob even give him OC duties for the mop up games with Ensminger standing right behind him giving him input... you honestly couldnt ask for a better situation for either guy...
