Terrace is the best player out of Bossier Parish since the great Dak Prescott.

No kidding. It’s pretty damn hard to take LSU’s talent and lose to Troy.

AS much as the negatigers actually are correct about at least some things regarding CEO, the mofo is putting in work. Consistently. I’m ridin’! Who’s joinin’!?

I could ask him to win a national championship. Seriously, he did ok this year - not great, but not bad.

it's like people have totally forgotten what a mess miles left behind. plus o is breaking in a new coordinator. but let's not mention any of that stuff because he lost to an 11 win troy

Miles last full year would have been a 10 win season if a game had not been canceled against some scub team. He left Derrius Guice, DJ Chark, solid offensive and defensive line depth, Danny Etling, Foster Moreau, Rashard Lawrence, Tommy Clapp, Ed Alexander, Arden Key, Donte, Toliver, Greedy, Devin White. He had Aranda and the rest of that staff in place, except for Canada. He also had committments from all but about four of the 2017 class, and it was a good one. What a mess!

All O had to do was step in, hire a good offensive coordinator, and don’t rock the boat. He has done a good job of those things, but there was no mess.

Jesus, I'm not hating on O. But the guy has a long fricking way to go still. Ed has been on LSUs staff for a lot longer, and lost out on guys to Jimbo while Jimbo was at FSU.

Plus, there was the whole, he was going to lock down LA. If the top player went to tamu instead of LSU, that would be more telling of where we are headed than him signing with LSU.

Well this just depends on where the bar is set. And the circumstances of the hire.

So many diff factors. Like he was on staff already. He had proven good coaches already on staff that he didn't hire. The class he signed last season had 18 committs before he was named HC. Which was a group effort between him, some that were let go, and some still on staff.

Just pointing out it is a diff scenario then completely starting over.

Maybe he did do as well as you could expect. But then again guys like Miles and Meyer went 11-1 and 12-0 in their first regular seasons at their particular schools.

Doesn't Lincoln Riley have his team in the final 4 in his first season?

Well to be fair O has been in charge for 1.5 seasons.

Kirby Smart and Lane Kiffen say hello as well. What were their records?

What was LSU's record before O took the reins?

To say LSU couldnt ask for more from a 1st year coach, is accepting mediocrity isnt it?
