That's good for starters, right now I'm trying to find a new group to go with since the group I was supposed to go with (2 other LSU students) backed out

Eh... Just bring their tickets and I'm sure you'll find some new friends to take their place.

Everybody shut up, I want to play the best Oregon has to offer. At this rate, do you want the entire team to get arrested and play their third strings? Why would you wish this upon a player? Nut up and hope the kid gets to play.

Well, that clears it up. We should just do what makes you happy rather than what's right. okay then.

I want him to play, period. I would sick of the UNC excuses last year. I want to play the best they have to offer because I don't want to hear any shite regarding the game after. No excuses.

Yea I don't really buy this either. If the cop really was a fan & was bending the law he woulda let Cliff & Co. go w/ a stern warning :winkwink:

Nope, because he had called in a violation pursuit like that to dispatch already...its standard proceedure.

So at that point your kinda forced to give a citation.

You actually have to be proven to be driving "wreckless", go figure.

Reckless, as defined by Oregon statutes:

quote:

means that a person is aware of and consciously disregards a substantial and unjustifiable risk that the result will occur or that the circumstance exists. The risk must be of such nature and degree that disregard thereof constitutes a gross deviation from the standard of care that a reasonable person would observe in the situation.

Any District Attorney worth his weight could prove that driving 118MPH, 53 MPH over the speed limit is consciously disregarding a substantial and unjustifiable risk. Also, I am not sure ANY reasonable person would drive 118MPH with any vehicle on any public road. That is most certainly the definition of reckless.

When you come on a message board with a smarter than thou attitude and make degrading remarks about an entire region you are not going to get any slack your way...

So true, Ducksflying needs to just drop it- Harris did wrong, should never had been behind the wheel of that vehicle in the first place, and the cop was wrong for not investigating further- how do you let someone go with a suspended license?? And now we hear this thug had a whole slew of unpaid tickets, sounds to me like typical big man on campus syndrome, I can do anything and get away with it. Facts are facts- Harris is a thug, deserved to be suspended, and Ducksflying should be banned for trying to defend the actions of Harris...what a low life...

Do we even have to go there? Come on... The whole SEC is Corrupt staring with your Comish who rigs Officiating for teams they want to win in the SEC. And then top to bottom in the SEC except maybe Vandy is corrupt as hell. Do you really want me to start dragging out LSU stuff? Come on, do you really want me to? I did not think so.

Ok it's been over 21 hrs since you made this statement and several posters have since asked you for you to drag out your "stuff" you had on LSU and you have since posted several times since this statement and have yet to provide the "stuff".

Also you are quite fond of stating how you make people in courts and especially the people, who doubt you and attack your claims, on message boards look like morons when they doubt your stories and you come back to provde proof with links to corroborate your statements...

Ok, well I have not attacked you or your stories from all your previous post outside of correcting you in that it's Cajun Food not Casian Food...

With that said can you please provide a link or links to legitimate sources to back up your claim that the SEC commish rigs officiating for the teams they want to win...
