Relax. We all know LA is top 10 in corrupt politicians. My post was just a joke.
Not saying the OR guy is correct or not an idiot.

Look Jackass, bottom line is this.
A. He had no damn Driving license.
B. He should never been allowed to drive a vehicle
C. Cop stated cause of lack of traffic on the road their is no cercern of reckless endangerment.
First off protecting an idiot only makes you look like one. Here at LSU if TM or RR get arrested we want his arse thrown out of school, not make excuses about it. How in the hell is he driving without a damn license anyways. You call us dumb, better look in that duck mirror first. Lastly, the RE charge! For a police officer to say there were no other cars on the road, so no RE charge, this is just lazy IMHO, If he was driving recklessly, the fact of cars not being on the road makes no difference. Going in excess of 100 MPH by definition is recklessly endangering your own personal life.
Who have u beat?
AU-nope
Tenn-yes (they suck anyways)
When a damn title then run your mouth, until then go play some hockey and STFU
He never got arrested. He was simply handed his little citation and let drive off. I know it pisses you off that Oregon laws differ from LA laws but deal with it. And wreckless driving is not by default any speed over 100mph as you claim. One has to actually be driving "Wreckless" to get that charge. I know its a hard concept and all to grasp, but its not my fault you do not get it. I personally would love such a charge on me for that. I love going to court and making a cop look like a moron. Each time I do I get asked by the Judge, "are you a member of the Bar"... "no Sir". or, "Are you a Attorney" no Sir... And then I precede to make the cop look like a Moron and I have never had a case not be dismissed. And fighting a wreckless charge is super easy to defeat. I have never been charged with that, but my best friend was and I easily helped him get off that. You actually have to be proven to be driving "wreckless", go figure. So if your staying in your own lane, driving in a straight line, not weaving any, straight as a arrow, it cannot be wreckless. And if you locked every citizen up for going over 100mph you would have to lock up the whole State of Montana for many, many years as it was legal there for a very long time as they had no speed limit. And you would have to lock up the whole country of Germany as well. Try that argument with them that going those speeds automatically means you were driving Wreckless and see how they laugh their asses off and school you.

What, all THREE times - TWO of them against STATE? I can guarantee you that the fans of those 2-10 and 3-9 State teams didn't say shite after getting beat by Oregon.
And I want to see a link to UT fans using excuses for getting beat 48-13.

lol, Ya know, for the title game I never even heard one UO fan that wanted $Cam Newton out of that game. Why is because we thought we were the best and we wanted to prove ourselves against the other best. Not one single Duck even so much in the tiniest way expressed Newton should not play in his scandal. Why was very simple. 2 reasons, we wanted to test ourselves. Secondly we knew if we beat AU without Newton(which was very likely)everyone in the country would of make that excuse and said but only... had we played AU with him... This was not our first Rodeo with SEC teams; Excuses are common after a loss with an SEC team. And if you watched Our QB's ESPN interview today LINKYou will see him say he really was shocked that we could loose. We(and he) thought UO was invincible. We did not in any way expect to lose that game. But it shocked us that we could in theory actually loose a game. When a team is used to blowing out all our foes we were bored and wanted a greater challenge. We wanted Cam to play of course as we were not afraid of him in any way.
I am not surprised many here are afraid if Cliff Harris plays. However, I will easily note there has been tons of LSU fans that have on record notated that they want Cliffy in the game. To whoever the later is, I salute you. As that is how we feel. We want your best. As we want no excuses after the game.
Remember, no excuses, from either side. I sure bet you do not see any from a Duck. If one does, we will police our own. Will LSU fans do the same if we win and Police your own?

From the Modern Football Era(the BCS)the PAC has won 12 vs 10 SEC.
The SEC was favored to win 12 of those games but only won 10.
Also one can see the PAC is 14-7-1 against the spread vs the SEC.

You actually want to know something funny? Out of all the SEC fans that have not given us that much of a hard time vs all the rest of the SEC teams/fans is LSU fans. There has been some, but not even remotely close to the rest. I think it was because of that gift win you got with them. So if LSU fans say "Oregon sucks, Tenn was only young and down", that would not look good for you, the team who is even "lower" then the sucky team(us).
As far as a link to prove this. Buddy, I do not have hours to pull them all. If you are interested in reading everything, why dont you go to last years game thread on ESPN and read all the comments yourself. Or, go to any Tenn Blog after the game, days after because they hid in shell shock. The #1 excuse we got was that Tenn was just very young. And we only beat Tenn(worst defeat for Tenn in their Stadium's history) because they were so down. (funny, because they were boasting before the game along with the rest of the SEC fans how Team SEC was going to flatten us)
And we got tons of other excuses like, "Tenn was beating you at first, so that proved they had no trouble with you. And only because of the lighting storm and game delay, they lost.
Also Tenn fans(and other SEC fans)claiming we must of cheated and watched video of the first half while in the locker-room during the storm delay. They have to explain it away like this because in the 2nd half we made then look like a D-3 team. And I could go on and on.
But the easiest way to check is just go to ESPN, click on our schedule, then click on that game, and read the threads of that game. Very simple, but you would have to skim through hours and hours of reading. So be my guest.

I said:

Then you say:

No, jackass, that's why I said "THREE" as in 2002 vs MSU, 2003 vs MSU, 2010 vs UT - each of those three games have been since 2000.
That's not many data points to draw such conclusions as:
"Each time we beat a SEC team..."
And now I see you're using OTHER Pac teams in your definition of "we":
UCLA? Really? And I thought you Pac boys hated when SEC fans pulled the whole "WE are the SEC!" thing.
Oregon, you've won 3 recent games vs the SEC, two of them against the absolute worst team in the conference, and you've got a .44 win% vs SEC teams.
Basically you're a fan of a LOSING program, and now you want to come over here and talk shite.
Brother, I shite a-walkin' - you don't know shite about shite.

Ducksflyin- I am not concerned as much of driving over 100, as I am that Harris did it on a suspended license. You would think if anyone was stupid enough to drive with a suspended license, that he would try to be as inconspicuous as possible, but this idiot showed complete disregard or concern (hey, I'm an athlete), and drove over 100 at an odd hour of the night. Harris showed complete disregard for the driving laws and citizens of the state of Oregon. Oregon already has a reputation of being one of the new 'thug' schools, and a player showing disprespect for the law doesn't help matters. After prior incidents with players, such as Masoli and of course, who can forget LaGarrett Blount, a low life who your coach even allowed back on the field, I would think it is time to start making an example of these players to show this will no longer be tolerated. I also think your position is sad as well, since you seem more concerned about getting charges dropped or that it was no big deal, people do it all the time.

That should be "read" and "too". I personally detest grammar police, but I thought I would point this out to prove how annoying it is. Pointing out ones grammar on a chat board is just silly, especially when we are talking Football. This is Football, not spelling. And btw, I never could spell well. I am very surprised that I got all B's in writing in College. Maybe because I went through many drafts and actually spent much time editing my papers, who knows. But on here, this is a freaking Chat board. The only thing more cheesy then correcting some ones grammar or spelling is trying to do so and then messing up yourself. Next time, just read over it. You knew what they were meaning. Why have to correct them?
And with me posting the PAC wins. Well, I was just proving one can easily post some wins, no big deal. Someone can even go back to 1929 and try to built a point. But then one can stick with the present and make a point too. I was just proving "team SEC" is not as invincible as people in the South like to believe.

: A person commits the crime of reckless endangerment if the person recklessly engages in conduct which creates a substantial risk of serious physical injury to another person. “Reckless” conduct is conduct that exhibits a culpable disregard of foreseeable consequences to others from the act or omission involved. The accused need not intentionally cause a resulting harm or know that his conduct is substantially certain to cause that result. The ultimate question is whether, under all the circumstances, the accused’s conduct was of that heedless nature that made it actually or imminently dangerous to the rights or safety of others.
Regardless of the fact that the streets were empty, How does aan induvidual drive over 100 MPH and it is not considered reckless. Answer that until then SHUT UP. Driving at a speed of 100 MPH is reckless. On a side note how did he know the streets were empty? Did he call a local Traffic TV person? Did he call the local PD? 100 MPH is reckless. Him not knowing if a car is arround each curve makes it more reckless. Call us what you like, but if our player commited this act he would not be defended. You defending him make you look trashy. We condone speeders. Really as long as he plays on Saturdays in your eyes he could be a serial killer. Your school already assults people, why not a couple of moving violators too.

Ok, for everyone who thinks they are lawyers.....
I understand what the cop decided under the law as we have spoken of it to a point of no return
BUT...
How can a cop, who stops a car doing 100+ mph, and a driver with a suspended license, let that person go with just a ticket.....
Here's the kicker that no one has spoke of....the car isn't register to him, it is a rental, and it is rented IN ANOTHER PERSONS NAME, who wasn't in the car!!
How did the cop know they had some prearranged deal with the legal rentor of the vehicle? And not having a way to prove they were of legal possession of the vehicle, how then can he let them drive away?
I think the cop is obviously a fan who bent the law and his duties to give the players a break that the normal public would NOT have received.

LSUsaint - I think you're on to something here: it's called a rabbit hole. What the hell can happen from this? The trooper decided to let him go. You think there is some kind of collaboration with Oregon State Patrol and the UofO athletic department? You believe the NCAA should investigate to see if a benefit was provided to him? I think you need to let this one go.
Harris will get suspended. End of story. Nothing else here besides a dumb kid that needs a punishment.

As per the NCAA one cannot receive improper benefits. He never received such because he paid for the rental, for those 2 extra days of the rental, pooling his money with 3 other guys. So they did not get anything for free if they actually paid for it. The lady has bank receipts that prove this.
I will only ask this. Could he have rented the car with a suspended license? If not I consider thaty along the lines of improper benefits.
I also read something you replied earlier on how sec football players are treated like gods and OU fb players arent blah blah blah. I don't care what congference or state all major college fb players get treated different. You can lie to yourself all you want saying that OU fb players arent treated as well as the rest of the population but you are overlooking all the benefits they get from nike. I would be willing to bet that Oregon players have alot more Nike apparel than most cfb players and I doubt they paid for it also.
