You make it sound like it was some razor thin margin. If it was, you wouldn’t start the man in the first place. Plain and simple.
You can bring him in for an out or two or something late, but you don’t start him if 14 pitches is okay but another inning is completely off the table.

Their pitcher settled down and is on cruise control. Meanwhile no sight of LSU midweek starter Hellmers and Floyd and Fowlers fastballs got smashed... This is why that terrible fricking Safford, Sanford lineup was so dumb against Gonzaga. Should've won that game and won the regional in 3.
